PulseWave — Prototype Build

Your instrument is your weapon. Literally.

PulseWave is a rhythm-based bullet hell where you don’t press a button to shoot —
you compose your attack.

Assign weapons to an 8-beat loop and watch them fire automatically in sync with the music.
Survive enemy waves, collect orbs, and tweak your sequence between rounds to shape your playstyle.

This prototype focuses on testing the core mechanic:
building, and surviving with a repeating weapon pattern.
Content is intentionally limited.

HOW TO PLAY

1️⃣ Open the Beat Shop
Press SPACE to open the shop.

2️⃣ Build your sequence
Drag weapons from the shop into the 8 beat slots.
Each slot fires automatically on beat.

3️⃣ Survive the loop
Aim with mouse, shoot to move, dodge enemies, collect orbs, then reopen the shop to adjust your pattern.

Planned features for the full version

If the core feels solid, future versions may include:

• A wider variety of weapons and enemy types

• Deep upgrades and synergies (roguelike)

• Boss fights
